Rethink Home Repairs with Eco-Efficient Rebuild

Do more with an eco-efficient rebuild.

At TD Insurance, we aspire to help improve the environment so people and economies can thrive. You can make a difference too. Making your rebuild an environmentally friendly or resilient one can be a great way to reduce your carbon impact.

With our Enhanced Home Coverage, you can get additional protection to cover the extra costs of buying environmentally friendly products or resilient materials for your repairs following a covered claim. Our Eco-Efficient Rebuild offers the opportunity to install environmentally friendly or resilient materials at no additional cost to you when repairing your home after a covered loss –up to an extra 10% over the amount of your claim (up to $50,000). If you don't have the extra coverage, you can still choose to pay out of pocket for green and/or resilient materials, which sometimes pay for themselves in the long run.

Why we're proud to have the Eco-Efficient Rebuild as part of our Enhanced Home Coverage.

Going green isn’t a fad in home improvement. It’s the future (and really, the present). The amount of both eco-friendly and resilient materials, products, and services on the market keeps growing – and our Eco-Efficient Rebuild can help you add environmentally conscious options to your home repair following a covered claim.

Being eco-savvy can help reduce the negative impact humans have on the environment. That’s good for the planet and the health of our communities. Plus, it may help you save on your energy bills too. Upgrades like improved insulation and energy efficient windows can trim down your electricity use, while using resilient materials can improve your home's durability – ultimately saving you money in the long run.
