How to Make a Life Insurance Claim

If you are a beneficiary, the estate, or you are claiming on a waiver of premium benefit and need to make a claim, follow these steps to proceed with your claim.

  1. Call our toll-free line at 1-877-397-4187 to start the claim process. Once you call, you will be sent a claim form.
  2. Complete the claim form with all required documentation.
  3. Return the completed form to us.
    • Mail the completed forms to:

      Canada
  4. Settlement process starts.
    • We may contact you for additional information that may be necessary as our team assesses your claim.
  5. Settlement is confirmed.
    • We will contact you in writing to let you know if your claim has been approved and what the next steps are.
